A mechanical engineer and HRM professional with over 15 years of experience in planning and executing people strategies aligned with business needs. A keen supporter of psychometric testing, career planning & management and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), my passion and overarching purpose is to partner with individuals, teams and organizations to achieve their true potential and well-being with enhanced self-awareness.

Over the years, I have worked with start-ups, MSMEs and MNC work cultures in Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy and Education segment. During my HR business partner role, I had opportunities to undertake assignments in corporate HR, sales HR and plant HR roles with key result areas pertaining to Talent Acquisition, Organization Development (OD), Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Planning & Management and Industrial Relations & Labour Laws. I believe that Human Resource Management and Organization Development (HR & OD) is all about creating right employee experiences in the business context through effective organizational ecosystem for the people.
