Neha Karandikar Hunari

Hello, my name is Neha Karandikar - Hunari, and I am a certified Career Analyst with a rich and diverse professional journey. I hold an MBA degree in Finance and began my career as an Equity Research Analyst, working for 6 years with a leading MNC across various global markets. My transition into education and counselling was driven by a deep passion for mentoring and guiding young minds.

For the past four years, I have been the founder and head of a coaching center in Malvan, where I have had the opportunity to work closely with students at different academic and personal crossroads. Alongside this, I have also qualified the UGC NET and currently serve as an Assistant Professor, combining academic insight with real-world experience.

My special interest lies in understanding the unique challenges faced by today’s youth and helping them uncover their true potential. As a career counsellor, I aim to provide thoughtful, research-based guidance that empowers students and professionals alike to make informed and confident career choices.
