I''m writing this review, six months after receiving and following AIDA''s growth toolkit curated for my child. As doctors, we’ve always believed in early intervention and structured support. But when it came to understanding our own child’s personality and future potential, we weren’t sure where to begin. That’s when we came to AIDA. Renuka’s approach was both scientific and deeply compassionate. The psychometric analysis helped us understand who our son is — how he thinks, learns, and what truly drives him. The clarity it offered was remarkable. What we appreciated most was how actionable the plan was. We didn’t just receive a report — we now have a roadmap to help our son stay meaningfully engaged, build his confidence, and explore his interests with excitement. This quick reference manual is our savior to cut down his screentime remarkably, whenever he is intensely bored / on occasions when his friends are not around and he''s drawn to gadgets. We’re grateful to Renuka and the AIDA team for providing a blend of insight and empathy that every parent deserves.

I thought choosing a stream meant just picking subjects I was good at. At AIDA, I learned to pick with strategy. They showed me how subject choices affect future admissions — like how IB or Cambridge A-level students need early planning for STEM abroad, or how India + Canada require different combinations. We even discussed language fluency, extracurriculars, and personal projects that go with the stream. I now have my subjects, a skill map, and a global prep timeline. Best part? I’m not overwhelmed anymore. I’m organised.

We were torn — Bio without Maths? Maths with Computer Science? AIDA helped us pause and ask better questions. Renuka Ma’am brought clarity through skill pathway matching. The Toolkit explained how certain streams support certain careers and what supplementary skills (like coding, design thinking, or data analytics) would strengthen our child’s future path. Stream selection felt like custom tailoring, not just ticking boxes.

I always knew I wanted to study abroad, but didn’t know which stream would keep the most doors open internationally. AIDA helped me map out how different subject choices play out in the UK, Germany, and even Singapore. We didn’t just discuss Science or Commerce — we explored things like portfolio-building, subject combinations for international curriculum compatibility, and skill-building timelines. I’ve now chosen the right subjects and started building the right profile. This is more than advice. It’s alignment.

Everyone assumed our daughter would choose Science — she scores well. But something felt off. She was always drawn to debate, history, psychology. At AIDA, the session brought out her deep interpersonal and linguistic strengths. With the Multiple Intelligences tool and learning style mapping, we saw her clearly for the first time. She’s now preparing for Humanities with a plan to pursue Liberal Arts. She’s thriving — and so are we, as parents who finally stopped pushing and started listening.
